Returns & Replacements

Every Silly Little piece is made just for you after you place your order. Because our items are produced on demand, we don’t keep large inventory and cannot accept traditional returns or exchanges.

We appreciate your understanding — this approach helps reduce unnecessary waste and overproduction. 🌎

Misprints, Damage, or Defects

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we’ll absolutely make it right.

Please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item showing the problem

Once we review the issue, we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund if the product qualifies.

Sizing & Change-of-Mind

Because each item is printed specifically for you after purchase, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Color preference

  • Change of mind

We strongly recommend checking the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Shipping Address Issues

If an incorrect shipping address was entered at checkout, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order enters production or ships, we may not be able to update the address.

A Quick Note

In order to qualify for a replacement or refund, issues must be reported before the item has been worn or washed and must include photo documentation of the problem.
